Introducing Aqua - My Mission
I try, where I can, to help anyone I can, using personal, business or craft skills, to offer friendship, compassion, understanding, tolerance, and a way ahead
So who am I
I am male, a published author, who has wore many hats, and undertaken a wide range of roles. I have had training and experience in computing, scientific, business, medical, counselling, hypnotherapy, witchcraft, media, and a number of other areas.
I am aware of the differences within society, injustices, prejudice, intolerance and lack of understanding many experience, although having been successful myself I can empathise with all.
Within the BBC systems, I am often active within the message boards, and within h2g2, but best known in my role as the traditional witch, Aqua. I have felt that I can help more, wearing this role, than any other within the online community.
Traditional witchcraft
For those of you who do not understand witchcraft, or ‘the craft’, as it is known, it may appear little frightening, but if you think of it by its other title of ‘the craft of the wise’ you may find it more acceptable.
The craft uses knowledge from many scientific areas, psychology, knowledge passed down from the wise people through history, and of course a little magic. On a religious level Traditional witches have the same single god as everyone else, its just we believe it is intelligent and can accept any label or style that any group may choose. We have no devil or Satan character as found in Christian and Jewish religions, but that evil is what some people choose to do. Many witches are members of other religions including Christianity so it is nothing sinister. I think most people who find it frightening do so because they do not understand it.
Aqua is a title I hold as the leader of one group and adviser to a number of others, Other h2g2 articles cover the role of Aqua the order that I lead known as Water Witches, and the organisation that coordinated traditional witchcraft, the Traditional Craft Association.
How to talk to me
For those who are about to say "Aqua, I need you help" or "Aqua, can you explain....", I will tell you how to make contact.
This page is the first of the BBC pages I check daily, so a good place to leave a message, if you haven’t talked to me before then start a new conversation, but if you have then continue from where you left off please, even if some time ago, as I can them quickly remember what we have said before.
Within the message boards the 'Pagan' board within religion, I try to check daily, but I always check the 'Weird' board within the 'So' group, that is aimed at teenagers and young adults. Look out For Aqua or if you want my attaention include Aqua in the topic title.
As all the BBC areas are public many people like to talk to me confidentially by email and you can do so if you wish. You will find across the web very many web addresses that will go to me, but the two I would suggest would be either aqua@witchesmail.com or wwaqua@aol.com
You do not need to reveal your identity, or tell me anything that you do not wish to. I guarantee I will do my best to understand, and where I am able to come up with solutions, or ways to make you happier.
