Hello!
This page is about two years old. I've changed quite a bit but I haven't been bothered to update this. I will. Soon. Promise...Me My full title, I think, is: Saint Schrödinger's Catflap, Guardian angel and Patron Saint of Unusual Foods, 150th United Friend, Weresiamesecat, Thingite Master of Tentacle Waving, Deep-sea Cricket and similar sports. I am an Essex girl (well, I'm female and come from Essex. I am aware that 'Essex girl' has certain connotations but I don't think many of them apply to me- it's a shame that other people do. Being blonde doesn't help either).So why 'Schrödinger's Catflap'? People ask this a lot; I think they like the name. I've actually heard a lot of theories as to what it means, which amused me greatly- The real reason I chose it was because it sounded cool, late one night when I'd been dringking a bit too much orange fanta. If this explanation is dissapointing, feel free to think that it refers to some deep intellecktual thing about the universe. I live in Thailand. It is a very nice place, but the heat is rather unpleasant. The best part of the year is "Songkran", a Thai festival where people throw water over each other to keep cool.
My greatest passion is writing. I write almost anything- poems, stories, songs, articles- which is why I have become such an H2G2 addict in the short time I've been here. Oh, and of course because I'm a complete Hitchhiker-obsessed fanatic.My likes and dislikes change very rapidly but some that usually remain the same are: Likes - Writing!
- Reading- anything of the fantasy/sci-fi persuasion, or anything that makes me laugh. Or think.
- Mythical creatures. Especially dragons.
- Cats
- Chocolate!
- Music. I like almost everything, from rock to jazz to jpop, and most of the stuff in between. I play piano and guitar.
- Anything by Douglas Adams (This should really go under 'reading' but it deserves a bullet point all of its own in my opinion)
- Ditto anything by Terry Pratchett. The man is a genius.
Dislikes
Er... not many really. This is the best I can do:
- War
- Cruelty to animals
- Thai public toilets

So. Tomorrow= off to university day.
WOOHOO! 
and, also, ARGHHHHHHHHHHH! 
I know it'll be awesome, but it's a bit terrifying at the same time. I haven't even finished packing. To take my mind off the scaryness, I shall make a list. Lists are glorious. Here is my list of PLANS for my first year:
1) actually get there and meet some people and make friends (eek!)
2) Party my head off
3) Learn lots of fab stuff
4) Get a pet cactus for my room and call it 'kitty', coz I can't have a cat
5) Get a boyfriend (or a girlfriend. I don't mind. what's the difference?)
6) Learn to cook- should have done that already. I'm doomed.

Good morning!
After yet another long silence- this time excusable as I was immersed in exams- I have returned! and I have four glorious months before starting uni so I'll be on quite frequently I hope.
Man, it's so nice to have finished high school. high school is so stupid and petty and everything revolves around the 'in' crowd, the sports people and the bloody prom.
Now I can sleep, write, shop and learn Italian to my heart's content.
(the bit about italian isn't as random as it looks; I'm going to Rome this summer...)

Duuuuuuuuuuuuude!
I'ts been over a year! I've been so out of it! AAAAAAAHHHHHH! What's been happening since i last graced this space with my presence???
I've been so tied up with school, it's crazy, I graduate in June and then it's off into the big wide world! I to get back into the swing of things here but I don't want to start living online like I was a few years ago, so I'm just gonna pop in now and then to check up on stuff. After my exams are over I'll be on more often.
So, anyway. How is everyone? Man, I've forgotten Guide ML and everything. has anything majorly changed on this site? aaaaaaaaa this confusion serves me right for vanishing like i did. wow. ok, i have to go and tape myself talking about T.S. Eliot for my english oral. eep. so. goodnight.

First time I've logged on in absolutely AGES, only to discover that firstly, the frond page is the most hideous colour I have ever seen and secondly, that I have to change all my user details, etx, wasting time I could have spent in the forums. And now I have to go and do some work. So NO time for the forums.
