Zathras (ACE) (-)1+4+7^2-9-1=42

Sadly I have had to leave H2G2 for a while so will not be able to talk to anyone. Sorry

Sorry the page hasn't been properly updated recently. I've just added new bits here and there and it clearly needs a good overhaul.

About the name - Zathras is a minor character in the television series Babylon 5, of which I am a fan. He likes a good moan as well as the next man, asumming in this case that I am the next man in question.

Boring "About Me" Section - I am originaly from Crawcrook a village near Gateshead. Currently however I live and work in London. My university education was at Cambridge (BA in Economics) and Oxford (MPhil in Economics).

Interests I am something of an obsessive science fiction fan (if you really want to annoy me use the term sci-fi) and will probably contribute to several articles on the subject on H2G2 eventually.

If you want to talk to me in real life you can always try my email address [temporarily hidden by Zathras]

H2G2 Stuff I've created and administer H2G2's place of ultimate evil Room 101

I'm also an ACE (official friendly person). Below is a snazzy thing which gives you a list of lots of other ACEs

I admit it! I couldn't resist pushing a button, even though it said not to do it! blush

Obits etc in Guardian
May 15, 2001

Yesterday (Monday) the Guardian had DNA's death as front page news.

Today they have a fairly huge obituary which sort of mentions H2G2 (although it doesn't give the URL)

If I greeted you
May 14, 2001

Since I'm subscribed to the DNA conversations today has been rather a deadloss. So if you have been trying to talk to me and I've missed you coversation it could well be because it was lost in the sheer mass of posts I've been going through today.

Off home to reread H2G2 now.
