Am replying to your request to read your entry on said band - nice one, buddy! However, I think a list if essential albums is not complete without "Space Ritual" and "Quark, Strangeness and Charm" (of which the title track surely has to be Brock and Calvert's finest hour) - what do you think??

Both Space Ritual & Quark, Strangeness & Charm are classic Hawkwind LP's I agree. I love everything on Quark but the highlights for me are Spirit of the Age & Hassan I Sahba (formerly called Assassins of Allah). Hassan is a classic live track, gets half the audience dancing in some form or another!! LOL
