The first thing I notice about your entry is that it is written in American English. Edited Guide Entries are supposed to be in British English. The main things are:

rotary should be roundabout
stop lights should be traffic lights

I don't know whether changing this to British English will make it look better, since it is about an American town.

You should explain what CT in the title means. Is it Connecticut? This should probably be spelt out in full, rather than using the abbreviation, since most people don't know what the abbreviation means.

You will need an introduction. This can be just a few lines at the start saying something like: Goshen is a little-known town of about 500 people in western Connectictut, USA. It is on the main route between the equally little-known towns of Torrington and Cornwall (or whatever is appropriate).

Reading further in your article, I am amazed. Does the library really have stuffed animals that you can borrow? yikes Is this normal for American libraries or is it something special that only your library does? I think it is unusual enough that it probably deserves its own entry "Libraries: more than just books".
