This is a reply to this Posting   Posting 2615 Just watched the Sarah Jane Adventures on the iPlayer - I'm surprised by how much I enjoyed it. Elisabeth Sladen was funny and I do like the Judoon. For a CBBC show the SFX were pretty good too. Yes ... it's an enjoyably good bit of childrens television in the tradition of kids-outsmart-the-baddies-while-adults-act-like-numpties. Kids today are so much more sophisticated in their tastes and what they get delivered to them, but I think there's always room for some good old-fashioned telly without any swearing or (much) violence.
