It's nothing you can practise, either you can do it, or you can't. And it's dominant/dominating(?), so you only need to inherit(?) it from one of your parents - both my parents can do it, and my brother, but not I... ...but on the other hand I can look cross-eyedly with one eye - makes me ... and they can't! I need to practise the Mexican wave.
