  | | Hackles down, I don't mean philosophy. I'm studying philosophy- well, ok, doing it as an activity, though I suppose I'm studying it as well. I wrote A653861 a while back and was going to put it through PR, once I've got Empiricism and Rationalism sorted, but having done a quick search on hootoo I see this. So I'm wondering if my effort was simply going over what you'd done.

  | | Hi Roadkill,
Sorry, I didn't see your posting until today!
I don't think there's much overlap between what you're written and my piece. Mine is much more about philosophical method, and I've deliberately tried to avoid talking in too much detail about the different areas of philosophy. There are a number of more or less good entries on philosophical topics (ethics, logic etc) that you might want to link to (as well as mine!). I think it's worth having a good look round the philosophical entries to see if anyone has covered the same ground, but I'm sure that our work is different enough to both be included. I'll have a more detailed read of your article later on....
Always good to have more philosophers around!
Otto
