This game, which has a bunch of names, is something I used to play a fair bit of at school, though we didn't use the slapping variations, so it took *forever*. Anywho, I rescued this from the flea market, and I'd appreciate lots of comments and criticism, no matter how big or small. If there are any variations I missed, or you have some fond memories related to the game, please speak out! biggrin

Hi, Lucinda!
I had a look at the original in the Flea Market and I think you have done a great job in producing the new improved version. Have you any idea about the geographic distribution of the various names? Egyptian Rat Screw sounds particularly exotic.

Hello!
I am the project leader on the University of Life project on card games [just thought I'd better point my vested interest before I startsmiley ].

I have to agree this is a very good entry, and would be a welcome addition to the guide which is sadly very short of card game entries.
I just wondered if you might like to put it through as part of my project. Or whether you have any other card games you might like to write an entry on for the project.

If your interested in being involved, pop by the project page:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/h2g2/guide/A597918

Well I hope to hear from you.smiley

If I recall, the italics don't want any more entries to move from peer review to the university, so I suspect this should probably stay here. Bossel - you know more about this than me... smiley

It's only *recommended* entries that Mr. Moron seems to hate moving around. Moving threads around apparently is now something quite easy!

Righto - I'll see about sorting this out via the uni then smiley

btw, use of the term "Mr. M***n" is liable to be against the house rules in the same way that talking about the holey ACEs is - just an FYI...
