I'm trying to paste a badge on my personal space. I went to the "editPage" and changed to guide ML. I was given a code for the badge and I'm supposed to pasted the lump of the code wherever I want it. Then preview the badge. How do I do this?

At the moment your personal space U1282926 is not in GuideML mode at all. It seems likely that although you thought you switched to GuideML using the radio-button options below the text edit area, you failed to press the update page button. So the change never occurred and wasn't saved with the page. Preview is yet another button on that edit page.

number and move it. Any ideas? You can look in my PS and the badge is under a message- spooks. I'm stuck but I need the badge set up in my PS right away.the badge is also http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/h2g2/classic/test3665081. How can I proceed from here?

Traveller in Time tit opened < test3665081 > in one window and < UserEdit3589752?Masthead=1 > in another
"Well, I can not open the last link but you should beablebiggrin .

What I do to copy GuideML (the version of HTML we use here) is point my mouse to the first line, left click and hold, scroll down so all I want to copy is marked, then I release the left button. Now I have to use the right button pointing on the selected text and select copy.

Then Imove over to the other window select the destination by clicking once left, followed by a right click and selecting paste.

But I am ususally just lazy and type the essentials by hand.

Like this:
