Subject: High Fructose Corn Syrup

I would say that high fructose corn syrup is the devil's work, but I suspect that it's just something we humans came up with on our own, because that's what we do so well.
Anyway, Evil H., as I like to call it, is, well... evil. Try to cut it out of your diet, because I can guarantee that about any food that has it is junk food anyway. I don't know about all you Brits with your "crisps," (I mean that in the nicest possible way, of course, but I haven't gotten the hang of smiley faces just yet) but Stateside they're using it in everything, which is frustrating. And food made with real sugar always tastes better than food made with the Evil H.

Enjoy your summer!
