Great article that goes into an unbelievable amount of depth wow
I probably should've caught this in PR and said then, but the usual cut agents take (depending on how they deal) is -
10% - Theatre (this pays the least)
12.5% - TV & Film (a middle-earner)
15% - Commercials (big money-spinners for actors... and agents!)

Which agents take the sort of cuts you've listed? My knowledge is that it is generally 10% across the board.

That's the rate for most UK agents. I know someone at ICM and I'm fairly sure that's around the cut they take as well (though saing 10% is fair enough)

Hmmm, perhaps the industry has changed in the last few years, as it was 10% when I was involved. Interesting...
