Subject: rebuild?

I wonder if it would be possible to rebuild the earthlodges without destroying the archeological values of the site as it is today. I think that would be cool. Maybe the Blackfoot people could invite the Mandans (if they are really determined to be the people who built it) to help reconstruct the village.

My short answer would have to be "I don't know". I'm also not sure what is planned for the Interpretive Centre presently being built. I suspect and hope that further excavation would be conducted before there were any thought of reconstruction.
