I work in Liverpool street and used live in Burnham (Slough ) which was a pain because the trains went into Paddington. I wanted to move to somewhere where the trains go into Waterloo, which is much more convenient for me. When I was looking around south-west london for a place, I found this website www.commutefrom.com which showed me the commute times for stations that go into Waterloo.
