  | | Well nobody has said this one so I shall have to
Move the clitoris a few cm to inside the vagina, it would be easier for lasses to have ahem 'fun!' during sex.
Not sure if that would extend to childbirth though
Would it change behaviour though?

  | | In a woman's magazine (probably Cosmopolitan) I remember once reading the theory that the world would be a very different place if babies were made by her rubbing the clitoris against his testicles. In other words, the whole act of procreation is rather demeaning for the female.
Other complaints to the manufacturer about the female anatomy. Why isn't there a maximum size for breasts, or at least stronger back muscles if you have to have them?
And why are the bladder and the urethra so near the genitals
and why can't we have our babies tiny like kangaroos (not that I personally had any problems with that)
and why do we have such small hands? (The male answer to that is: so you can dust in all those awkward corners)

  | | Well...
(dons her white lab coat and clears her throat in an effort to look scholarly, hoping she won't embarrass herself too much)
I wouldn't want the clitoris moved - it's WAY too sensitive to handle that much direct "attention"! On the other hand, females allegedly have this thing called "the G spot" up inside the vagina that does like lots of "attention", but it's an elusive beastie at best. Hard to find, but you sure know when you've hit it.
No, I don't know what the "G" stands for. Maybe for the "God Almighty" that you scream to the world at fraught moments.
(notices that she's blushing, pulls the lab coat over her head and slinks off...)

  | | How about adjustable breasts? Make them smaller when you want to or don't feel like dealing with them and larger when you want to show off? Just a personal wish I've often made when working out. A way to stop the whole ovulation and menstruation cycle when not actively trying to bear children (of course with the ability to turn it back on) would be nice too.

  | | I thought you just carried on taking the pill with no breaks and then you put off menstruation indefinitely, or at least until after your exams or wedding night or whatever.
I remember reading somewhere else, or maybe in the same place, that menstruation is not a natural thing. In countries where a woman is almost continually pregnant or breast feeding or past it, a period is such an unusual occurrence that women might even get scared by it, as no one knows what it is. As I say, I read this, I don't know if it's really true.
We do not need to menstruate, we just do it more in WEstern society because we have children less frequently.
And fibroids could die out too - most women over 35 have them. They're no use, no good, and ruin your child-bearing and social life. They're almost a natural thing as age marks on your hands. Which is something else that it would be nice not to have to worry about.

  | | I know that the pill never stopped me from menstruating--and it has a failure rate like most other birth control. I was more thinking of being able to turn it off without having to take a pill every day and with no chance of ovulating until you wanted to--that way a deliberate decision would have to be made to become pregnant. The whole business of mensruation with the attendant mess and hormonal mood swings is really not neccisary unless the woman wishes to be a mother.

  | | a period can be posponed throu use of the pill but there hasent been enough studys to say if puting it off indefinatly throu use of the pill is healthy.
Depo can eliminate menstration completly but it takes three months and can have some pritty extream side efects (basicly extream pms but does not all women are affected in this way) they say its the safest birth control method out there

  | | I don't fancy the idea of stopping my cycle completely through the use of artificial hormones (I have enough problems as it is with just trying to keep my cycle regular! ).
I have heard that it is possible to stop (and start) the menstrual cycle at will through the use of intense meditation and visualisation practices (that's a Taoist practice to increase longevity, a bit like the Taoist practices for men which involves retaining the semen at orgasm). Apparently, if we retain our menstrual blood (or semen) then we are retaining our life force and therefore live longer, healthier lives. At least according to some old Chinese sages anyway.
