My New Year's Resolution is to be healthier... now I've just got to stick to it.

As for the 'idiotic' part. I heard on the radio about a survey that was done regarding people's New Year resolutions. One in six people asked said 'to win the Lottery'.

Would it not be better to be more specific? "To be healthier" is a very WIIIDDEEE resolution. Do you mean to eat just three good meals a day with protein and vegetables in? Or to swim 3 times a week? Or to walk somewhere rather than drive? Or to quit...smoking, drinking, sweets whatever?

Basically to get more exercise. My diet doesn't need adjusting that much (except the elimination of the weekly curry), but I don't exercise enough and so while I'm not really putting on weight, I'm not losing it either.
