One of my favourite ones is Laterooms dot com. Also, be wary of sites that claim to save you money on hotels and check with the hotel's website directly. You'd be surprised at how many websites give false "discounts". Another hotel tip that I got was asking the reception desk for a discounted room (without a reservation) after 9pm(21:00) or so. Some hotels will do it, some won't. Well worth shopping around for flights too, especially in these days of the interweb thing. A couple of sites are good comparison sites with names like, "Flightscanner" where you can enter a range of dates and it will come back with the cheapest airline. It's also worth considering flights with multiple changes for long distance.
