This is the last Post before Christmas so may the Post Team take this opportunity to wish you all the best for whichever festival you are celebrating at this time.
We all survived the upgrading of the servers earlier this week... almost. One problem which has come to light didn't hit us until this evening, however. In order to bring you the wonderful cartoons by Wowbagger and spimcoot we have to send them to be uploaded on to the h2g2 server. At the moment that facility is not available. We are not sure when it will return but rest assured that, as soon as it does, we will reveal the festive 'toons for you... even if it is halfway through the New Year! Another casualty of this problem is the Post Emoticon Competition. We will keep this open until the New Year, so please do still send your entries in!
All best wishes go to a few researchers: Abi, who is currently unwell (not a good idea just before Christmas Abi! 
and Greebo who is hopefully in good health even though her computer isn't! We miss you guys!
