So why is there a generic persona for h2g2 support? It's so we can easily subscribe to the Feedback Forums and all the other places where Reseachers are likely to ask questions without clogging up our real personas. Clever, eh?

Once a question has been answered or is being discussed with an Editor then we will unsubscribe this account. So if there are no active conversations here, then you know that we've all been terribly efficient. Don't worry, there are bound to be more questions asked if you drop back later.
