Well, I finally got the squirrel report submitted for rejection. Now, if that isn't a pain in the ass. I think there should be much easier ways of submitting entries and user pages. Maybe it's some sort of intelligence test... if you can't figure the system out, you're not qualified to submit articles. The interface is one issue that should be looked at. Another interface option I'd like to see would be the ability to delete journal entries and maybe user pages as well. Another is site speed. I'm not sure if it's all the gooey looking graphics or what, but this site is _slow_. Finally, they need to begin approving articles faster. I see that they've approved one in the last day and a half (accordting to the recent articles on the main page).

First day as a field reporter

Well, I'd been having a fairly uneventful day when I stumbled upon a
http://www.slashdot.org article on the guide. I quickly came over
and became a field reporter. So, fulfilling my duty as a reporter,
