I am also officially the H2G2 Keeper of Hypocritical Yet Useful Advice and The Peer Review Notepad. This is because I never act on the advice I give, yet it's always pretty sound stuff and I am often to be found lurking around Peer Review with a big notepad writing down all the pedantic things to make your entry fabulous (or at least orthographically and grammatically correct).
Speaking of spelling and grammar if you have written an entry and you would like it checked before submitting it to Peer Review then please go here. However if you're going to ask me about a domestic problem, first take a look at Mina's handy Emergency Do-It-Yourself Guide or Handy Household Tips...then come and ask. If the house is burning down leave fast...now.

I specialise in English Literature, Geography, and Languages. To repent for my sins, I am also studying Maths -- to learn with me, or provide your wisdom why not visit Kat's Maths! I am also happy to help anyone with Guide-ML questions about anything at all, even if it isn't used on my PS. And yes, I can even do one of these things too...
To counteract my amazing cleverness I spend a large amount of time in bed reading. I've been known to read an astonishing amount of books in a very short amount of time. This is due to my suspicious ability to devour books whole. They appear in my room and then disappear a short time later. I find that I can lose myself more in books and my mind doesn't create quite such an amazing racket of noise and confusion then. Books give me a chance to hide from who I am and what is around me. The world is a distressing and terrifying place.
Come On Tell Us What You Do!
The focal point behind H2G2 is the Edited Guide. This is a vast and far reaching encyclopaedia written by us, the H2 community. Things written for the Edited Guide need to be factual, well written, informative and cover something that isn't already in the Guide.
If YOU want to write something for the Guide and get your moment of fame on the Front Page then get your thinking cap on. First of all check out Getting Into The Edited Guide, then grab a mentor from Hitch-hiking Your Way Into The Edited Guide. Write your article, and submit it to so that people can help you make it the best it can be and then it may get picked to be put in the Edited Guide!
On the other hand, if fiction and satire is your thing, then why not write something for the Alternative Writing Workshop and see if you can take your place in the Under-Guide.

I am a Scout, which means that I dig through Peer Review and find all those lovely entries that with just a little work will make it into the Edited Guide. Feel free to visit us at our homepage anytime.

StarGate Command is an role-playing game based on the Television Series. We have a core section of regular players and several who drop in as and when they can. You don't have to be very familiar with the series to play, however we do ask that you check up on info before beginning so that the game is as accurate and fast-moving as possible. Questions are welcome.
I play Kathryn Travelyan (Major Kat), the CMO for the base. You'll usually find me in the Medical Bay. I also control two NPC1 who serve as my field medics: Rogersmith and Murray.
I also play...an alien antelope creature who was separated from his herd on his homeplanet and who clings to Major Scandrea, with the, possibly false, idea that she will be his new mother. He is fiercely protective of her and may be highly intelligent, SG-C doesn't know yet.
