I read the books ages ago, starting with (in a truly stylish manner, I like to think) 'Mostly Harmless'. I found the H2G2 site through a great improbability which I am not qualified to calculate due to my possession of an undergrad in English. Still, that hasn't prevented me from working as an accountant. I never like to let little things like 'practicality' get in my way.
I live in the US, specifically Oklahoma. To borrow from a fave film, "I am often surprised by life's little quirks." (Westley, P/B). Pinniped has put together a comprehensive quiz if you'd like to test your knowledge (on the film, not on Oklahoma).
I've never done anything in HTML or GuideML which will become increasingly apparent as I attempt to expand my personal space and ask all sorts of annoying questions. I decided to join up after wading through some backlog in the 'Thingite'
forum. It was entertaining and
; and, let's face it. We could use more
in the world.
I've joined the Southeastern US Reasearchers Group. Visit the page to see a list of members and a list of entries on the South. (I haven't figured out yet how to do a dropdown box.
). I'm also an 'Amy'. I even have my own category.
I'm also a H2G2 game addict. Drop in and you can be an addict too.
Here's my H2G2 code block. I know it isn't formatted correctly yet.
