My name's Euan, and I'm a PhD. student working with lasers and microscopes. 
Given that I'm Scottish, living in Scotland, I think that qualifies me as a laser jock.
I have written a few pages on the subject of nonlinear optics, which I work with, down at the bottom there (note: some of the pages are not quite finished yet1.
I also enjoy, amongst other things, squash, badminton, chess, astronomy
and mucking around on computers (especially when waiting for things to work in the lab.
