Birthday

Last Monday was my sixty third birthday and the the funeral of my ninety two year old aunt. It was the second time there was a funeral of a relative on my birthday.

Sleep Apnea

Over night stay in hospital to begin treatment for the sleep apnea. I have done all he checks and they show that my breathing is too shallow, that I stop breathing and my blood/oxygen level drops too low when I'm asleep.
