Thanks very much for posting this recipe, my fruit cakes usually turn out very dry, this one was so easy to make and is so succulent and tasty. Many thanks.

Excellent recipe I cant cook cakes but this one was perfect - everyone who has tried it has asked me for the recipe - I'm making another one as we speak.

Thank you I just want to write about the Quick and Easy Fruit Cake which I have made quite a few times and so far never had a failure The cake is beautiful and moist Everyone who has tried it loves it but so far I refuse to give out the recipe as I am a rotten cook and for once I can do something better than others so thanks for letting me have a sucess for once Jean
