Leicester - City of Light during Diwali

Leicester, a city in the East Midlands of England, becomes a City of Light at Diwali. The city holds what is probably the biggest organised Diwlai celebration outside of the Indian Sub-continent.

A fantastic event with people travelling from all over Britain and Europe to attend.
