And a lovely bar it is. With just the right kind of counter - French café zinc style with a rail in just the right hight for your feet and small hooks for your jacket. Every imaginable kind of drink - alcoholic or not (though we don't shout too much about the latter  ) - is displayed behind the bar.
Small cosy tables are set along the walls, deep sofas are arranged with low tables (for your drinks and nibblies, not your feet!) - and a jukebox in one corner has all your favourite tunes. At least if they're not abrasively loud or disharmonic...
One side of the room faces the square and is partly open - allowing the perpetually nice breeze to clear out any smoke fumes very nicely.

Oh yeah - though I cannot promise if the bar personnel is always that quiet and discreet...

Hmmm - ? Oh, yes. It's getting dark...
*lights outside torches which shines a nice warm and flickering light over the entrance*
Now...? Oh, yes...!
*puts a sign on the bar*
"Hello, dear guests Your manager has been temporarily hit by the need to sleep. Please help yourselves to whatever you like - errr, whatever you'd like in a bar, that is..."
