I actually use the basic one on my h2g2 home page but i will have years of experimentation in front of me.
A special thanks for including an explanation on font sizes and colours as i had no idea how to find out what the numbers meant.

No, honestly, it is every one. I got the smiley help page and did some commands in Unix to get just the < SMILEY > tags and then searched and replaced to make them <SMILEY TYPE="whatever"> and then guidemlised the page.
