 Posted Sep 3, 2002 by Linus...42, i guess that makes me the answer... I actually use the basic one on my h2g2 home page but i will have years of experimentation in front of me.
A special thanks for including an explanation on font sizes and colours as i had no idea how to find out what the numbers meant.

Its looks err good though older computers will slow down because of teh overuse of smileys.

 Posted Sep 25, 2002 by Ste No, honestly, it is every one. I got the smiley help page and did some commands in Unix to get just the < SMILEY > tags and then searched and replaced to make them <SMILEY TYPE="whatever"> and then guidemlised the page.
