I might be totally lost here, but why are people using "133t" speak with friends who have the same language?
Is it only used in chat rooms and is it to speak with foreigners?????? Just heard about the language today and I´m really needy of information...please

We only chat in English here. .and other forms of text languages are not really allowed.
