Thank you for this interesting entry. I have a few arabic-speaking friends and associates, and being bi-linqual myself, I found the basic intro to root-verb deriviants and tense rather educational. The history and regional forms is also interesting and you now have me curious as to the alphabet and pronounciation. Thanks again for this entry.
