It is easy to see why the US will have no part of the ICC, how many others might be ripe for prosecution?

 Posted Mar 13, 2003 by Frameo Perhaps those that persecuted and killed an estimated 20 million during the Cultural revoloution (that incidently set China back 20 years)and those that ordered troops to Tienament Square in 1989.
