Thud - "The Game" entry

This bit of the entry is now present on the official Thud game site http://www.thudgame.com/ and can be included here again should the author so wish. Game rules for Classic Thud, and the new version: Koom Valley Thud, are there as well as an online version of the game and a new online forum.
