thankyou for your kind wordsbiggrin
Aromatherapy is good, I've managed to hook most of my family into being interested.
My favourite oil is rose
and the best result I have ever had was when I burned myself on the wax from a candle and thought "here goes" and just poured on the lavender-I couldn't believe it-the next day no sign of any burns.
I wish everyone would give the oils a try!

Ive Just seen how badly typed my last message was!..lol
I can be terrible at times cos i type too fast and im just real bad at it ...lol
Ive used Lavendar on burns too, and it is amazing!..its also real good to put on your pillow if you cant sleep and its got m through many a panic attack/ashtma atttack in the past.
My best result was probably when i had a go with a blend to help my mums water retention. She left off the pills for a bit and i rubbed the blend (dont remember exatly what i put in it but think i included patchouli and cypress ) into her feet and legs throughly a couple of times a week..it worked a treat!
Its something thats sort of gone on the back burner over the last couple of years, and ive forgotton an awful lot of what I learnt.Must start looking into it again!.

I have never actually had any Ginger oil myself-a friend gave me some in a blend-but I love anything with Ginger in it.

yeah-that's funny---the reason I got back into it again was because a stall has just started selling the oils-and it's been kinda hard to get them for a few years.
Clary Sage is a great oil.
and I love peppermint for my feet-my dog walks me everywhere! ouch!
wah but it helps loads!

I have to wear heavy-duty hill walking boots when I walk B.(he's a big strong Japanese Akita) and the rest of the time I limp around in my socks...unless I'm forced into sitting with my feet in hot water...
