I've heard of Blinit in Finnish, but I doubt there is anyone who uses Blinut - it doesn't sound quite Finnish...

I did a quick google search, and only found Blinut once, mentioned in a text in English...
...whiel a search for Blinit gave several results on Finnish sites...

By the way, have you tried them? I like the ones without sugar, topped with Smetana (hmmm... don't know how to describe that) or crème fraiche, finely chopped red onion and a spoonful of whitefish roe on top - yummie!
Good thing it's almost lunch time for me...
