Posted May 8, 2002 by Giford I spent the Bank Holiday 2 days ago wandering around the East End looking for the sites of the murders. Sadly, there's nothing recognisable left of any of them. The Ten Bells pub, where one of the victims lived, is still there. It's a bit of a dive, but that seems strangely appropriate.

Posted May 9, 2002 by Giford No. I'm too cheap and it's too expensive. Besides, I don't reckon they'd tell me much that isn't in this article ...

Posted Nov 8, 2002 by Researcher 194846 On the contrary! There are a great many sites related to the Ripper that are still there very much unchanged. Try the BBC gallery for some details at http://www.bbc.co.uk/arts/ripper/gallery.shtml

Posted Nov 8, 2002 by Giford Hey, good link! It was quite tricky to find the exact spots.
However, as you can see from the photos, everything has been rebuilt since.
And claiming that teh Tower is connected to the Ripper seems a bit of a stretch!
