When stuck in the middle of writing a lab report or essay, I fin nothing more refreshing than a couple games of Unreal Tournament. Nothing like fragging a bunch of bots and other players for a break.

Sometimes putting yourself in a closet or other small space can force you to focus on the job at hand and eliminate distractions. It has worked for me.biggrin
