Posted Dec 18, 2002 by Paul Just a personal opinion, but it was good to see so much mentioned about Lewis Collins on a site sponsored by the BBC. Whilst we recognise the talents of Martin Shaw it is sad that since the 80's the talents of Lewis seem to have been forgotten.
At least, seeing him on The Bill reminded us all that Lewis really does play a splendid rogue and it must be time to see more of such a great chap.

Posted Jan 16, 2003 by Angelfeet, here for a fleeting visit Hi Paul. Glad you liked the guide entry.
I saw the episode of The Bill that featured Lewis. It was good to see him on TV again, but his performance seemed a little "stagey" compared to the natural style he used in The Professionals. Still enjoyable stuff though, especially as I think some of that episode was shot round the back of the Physics department where I did my degree!
There was a programme on BBC1 the other night about TV cop shows which featured The Professionals. I completely forgot it was on!
Cheers,
