After being flown for many years by the Shuttleworth Collection, Jean batten's Gull was purchased by Auckland airport, where it hangs from the ceiling over part of the international terminals post customs duty free shopping precinct. This is actually a less than obvious site - the machin is best viewed from the 3rd floor where it is between the bar on that floor and - somewhat randomly - a juke box museum.
