 Posted May 15, 2009 by landolfi It's always interesting to read how the world looks at our cooking. I have to say that this is one of the better pages I've ever read on this argument. It's interesting because most people could say: "This is an italian dish" nevertheless it is very difficult to describe Italian food without always speaking about spaghetti alla bolognese, pizza and so on.
P.S. "Antipasto" means "before the meal" (pasto = meal). We usually eat pasta, but not always
