Posted Nov 27, 2002 by shagbark-Imagine all the people Sharing all the world... It may be one researchers opinion that Robert Heinlein was the greatest SF Author of the Twentieth Century but it is an opinion I do not share. I have been reading science fiction for 40 years, and while Heinlein is in the top five I would class him as No greater than Arthur C Clark or Isaac Asimov. Then there is the whole other issue as to whether Douglas Adams wrote SF or something else. My personal Favorite is Robert Silverburg but I think Clark was greater than either silverburg or Heinlein.
