3. You agree to use bbc.co.uk only for lawful purposes, and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of bbc.co.uk. Prohibited behaviour includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within bbc.co.uk.
-
No unlawful or objectionable content: unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, obscene, profane, *sexually oriented*, racially offensive or otherwise objectionable material is not acceptable.
-
If you submit or share offensive or inappropriate content to or with any bbc.co.uk communities or anywhere else on bbc.co.uk or otherwise engage in any disruptive behaviour on bbc.co.uk, and the BBC considers such behaviour to be serious and/or repeated, the BBC may use whatever information that is available to it about you to stop any further such infringements. This may include informing relevant third parties such as your employer, school or email provider about the infringement(s).

The BBC reserves the right to delete any contribution, or take action against any BBC account, at any time, for any reason.

From the above -

If it becomes clear that an individual is likely to continue to break the House Rules, or if it becomes clear through their actions that they have no intention of accepting the terms of use that they agreed to during registration, we may be forced to terminate the individual's account. Though we will endeavour to delay this final process as long as possible, there may be occasions where an immediate account termination is essential - for instance if the account is being used to promote illegal activities, repeatedly linking to unsuitable websites or to be otherwise disruptive.

You know who. U179697

Don't be silly. Della is something I coined a phrase for - an "Underline". She's not an Italic, she's a different kind of typographical oddity - someone who can do pretty much whatever they like, repeatedly, and get away with it. Give it up, she's not going to be controlled. If racist abuse and threatening to kill someone "seriously" (her word, used twice in the same post) don't get you banned from here, it's hard to even imagine what could. Never gonna happen. shrug
