This entry made me really hungry.. mmm.. food. Just a word about homous though - usually it also has tahini paste in it, which is a paste made out of sesame seeds and you can buy it at any middle-eastern place or health food place. That's what gives homous that specific flavor. It's really good with pita bread.
And now I think I'll go have dinner

Not, of course, to be confused with humous, which is rotting leaf mold intended for digging into plant beds...
