I got Bell's Palsy in high school after staying up all night studying. It really frightened me, I didn't know why half my face felt numb. My doctor didn't prescribe any medication, but luckily it cleared up completely in a couple weeks.

Mine onset from lack of rest and stress. My doctor didn't prescribe any medication either. I am about 90% complete in recovery. I still have a bit of damage in my mouth and eye mostly and I'm still finding foods a bit alien right now. Thank you for sharing your experience.
