This article sat for months in peer review and then weeks in the custody of a sub editor and when it finally arrives as an edited article the sheep and the hiker have vanished. It's almost enough to wish that we had a researchers union so I could complain to the union steward. I'd even settle for a researhers onion. Something smells here and it's not the salts being held by Ford Prefect in the hold of a vogon shipcross

Well, I'm feeling a little less cranky tonight. I didn't object when the bbc set down rules excluding non-bbc photos. I went and found a couple in the h2g2 archives to add some color to the page. Now that color is gone. But it is still a good article even if it is limited to print.
