Those driving at or just under the speed limit

If you drink - take a taxi or have a friend (sober) take you home, or just pass out on the floor at least.

Anyone driving at exactly the speed limit or just under late at night is obviously drunk.Driving extra cautiously to avoid detection is no remedy.
