The lack of ill health amongst the crew members have caused the Consulting Rooms to be used only as a retreat for the Doctor. During the day she takes some sun, on her private balcony. At night she may be heard listening to some smooth jazz whilst typing her memoirs.
She opens the cabin door and straightens the notice

 did you know that Laze or Tan in an anagram of Lanzarote?
Nothing ever happens fast here. I like my white bits - they show me how brown I am. (not very as I am quite fair) I still look pale compared to most people here, but I refuse to lie in the sun all day until I turn leathery.
