This is a very nice recepie for potatoes if you like spicy things.
Ingredients:
Potato : As much as you are eating.
Cayene Red Pepper : Only a couple of tspns. Unless you like it hotter.
Butter: Enough to fry with.
Preparation:
Slice the potatoes quite thin and start to heat up the butter in a frying pan until sizzling. Put all the potato into the frying pan and fry until crispy.
Serve as a light snack or as an alternative to chips.
Anyone who has read the 'Dragonlance Chronicles' should know this one!
