It is important to have nice, hard arteries. That way, when osteoporosis sets in, your arteries will be ready to take over.

If you dip the bread in beaten egg between toasting and frying it's called "French Toast". Tastes fab, but unbelievably high in cholesterol.

Spam sushi sounds good , in fact most savoury dishes benifit from the addition of spam . They were doing spam with black pepper in the supermarket a little while a go , delish. Also stinky french garlic spam to celibrate the opening of spamalot in the west end . Cant think of anymore spam based trivia at the mo , other than it is a good bait for chub .
