Posted Sep 16, 2009 by Artisan of the eigth wave There does not seem to be any entries for seemingly ubiquitous networking site and so far I have failed to find any use of it. Does anyone here use it and if so maybe you can write an entry?

Posted Sep 16, 2009 by The h2g2 Editors Hello there, and thanks for posting. Can I suggest you posit the same question in the Ask h2g2 thread, 'the place to ask questions, voice opinions and request help with research':

Posted Sep 16, 2009 by Icy North To answer your second question first: a few here use it, notably the h2g2 Editors, who promote entries on the h2g2 Front Page - see http://twitter.com/h2g2editors.
A place to recommend subjects for researchers to write is Challenge h2g2, which you'll find at A1293365.
Finally, there is an unedited entry on the subject at A49368504. It looks pretty good to me, and maybe it could be put into the Edited Guide. Why not post a conversation there and see if the author is still around

I love Twitter and have found it very useful professionally as well as quite entertaining on a personal level. And often both.
