Hi - I've had an e-mail from a former researcher who is having trouble getting into her space. She keeps being told she's restricted from posting. Can you help?

It is Floh fortuneswell U123888

Please let us know (a) why she can't post and (b) how she can post.

No, TiT - she's not too young - I met her several years ago and she was a student then. She is completely puzzled as to why she is not allowed to post.
